Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of, access to, and use of products, software, licenses, services, storefronts, support channels, and community spaces operated under the name Valeron (“Valeron,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Valeron is an independently operated digital-software store. References to Valeron do not represent that Valeron is a corporation, limited liability company, or other registered legal entity.

1. Acceptance of All Policies

By completing checkout, selecting an acknowledgment checkbox, submitting payment, purchasing a product, receiving or activating a license, downloading a product, or otherwise accessing or using our products or services, you confirm that:

  • You were given an opportunity to access and review these Terms;
  • You were given an opportunity to access and review our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy;
  • You agree to these Terms, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy;
  • You are legally capable of entering into this agreement; and
  • The information you provide is accurate and authorized.

The Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the same agreement.

Your agreement applies whether the three policies are presented through separate links, separate acknowledgment boxes, or links contained within these Terms.

If you do not agree to all applicable policies, do not purchase, activate, download, access, or use our products or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use our products.

By completing checkout, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You may not purchase a product on behalf of a person who is prohibited from purchasing or using it.

3. Products and License Terms

Valeron provides gaming-related software tools and license-based digital products.

Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the purchased product.

A purchase does not transfer ownership of the product, source code, intellectual property, licensing system, security controls, documentation, branding, or underlying technology.

Products may be offered as:

  • Fixed-duration licenses, such as one-day, one-week, one-month, or other time-limited access; or
  • Lifetime licenses for the applicable product.

Valeron does not use automatic recurring billing for these licenses unless a future offer clearly states otherwise and you separately agree to it.

Fixed-Duration Licenses

A fixed-duration license expires automatically when its purchased license period ends.

Unless a product description states otherwise, the license period begins when the license is delivered, generated, activated, or otherwise made available to you.

License time continues to run during:

  • Customer inactivity;
  • Customer-side setup problems;
  • Failure to follow provided instructions;
  • Unsupported device or system configurations;
  • Loss of access to a customer-controlled account;
  • Temporary customer-side technical problems; or
  • A suspension resulting from suspected or confirmed customer misconduct.

A license period will not be paused, restarted, replaced, or extended unless Valeron expressly approves it or applicable law requires otherwise.

Lifetime Licenses

“Lifetime” means the supported commercial lifetime of the applicable product, product version, or service.

It does not mean the lifetime of the customer and does not guarantee that the product will remain available forever.

A lifetime product may be modified, replaced, or discontinued when continued operation becomes impossible, unlawful, unsafe, commercially impractical, dependent on a discontinued third-party service, or subject to circumstances outside Valeron’s reasonable control.

Nothing in this section removes a legal right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Third-Party Services

Valeron uses third-party services to operate its storefront, accept payments, deliver products, authenticate licenses, prevent abuse, and provide support.

These providers may include:

  • SellAuth for storefront, checkout, order processing, digital delivery, and payment integrations;
  • Stripe for eligible payment processing;
  • KeyAuth for licensing, authentication, device restrictions, security, and abuse prevention;
  • Discord for community and support communications;
  • Cryptocurrency payment processors, wallet services, or blockchain networks supported through SellAuth; and
  • Hosting, security, fraud-prevention, or infrastructure providers.

Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s own terms, privacy policy, acceptable-use rules, and technical requirements.

Valeron does not control every action, decision, outage, policy, security measure, or data practice of independent third-party providers.

You may not use Valeron products or services in a way that causes Valeron to violate the rules of SellAuth, Stripe, KeyAuth, Discord, or another provider.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing:

  • The complete product description;
  • The selected license duration;
  • Supported and unsupported systems or devices;
  • Technical and compatibility requirements;
  • License restrictions;
  • Setup guides and available documentation;
  • Pricing and currency;
  • These Terms;
  • The Refund Policy; and
  • The Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for selecting the correct product, version, duration, account, device, and payment method.

You are also responsible for:

  • Providing accurate checkout and account information;
  • Maintaining access to your email, Discord account, device, and other customer-controlled accounts;
  • Securing your license key and login credentials;
  • Following setup instructions;
  • Using supported hardware and software;
  • Complying with applicable laws and third-party platform rules; and
  • Contacting official support within a reasonable time when an actual delivery or activation problem occurs.

Failure to read or understand product information, compatibility requirements, instructions, or policies does not automatically create a refund right.

6. Product Delivery

Products are generally delivered electronically and may be provided through:

  • SellAuth;
  • A checkout or order page;
  • Email;
  • A download page;
  • A customer portal;
  • A license key;
  • KeyAuth;
  • A Discord role or channel; or
  • Another method identified in the product description.

A product is considered delivered when the applicable product, download, license key, account access, instructions, or activation capability has been sent or made available using the information provided during checkout.

You must promptly contact official Valeron support if:

  • You were charged but did not receive access;
  • A delivered license does not initially activate;
  • You received a different product from the product ordered; or
  • You believe a delivery system failed despite you providing correct information.

Valeron may require reasonable order, payment, device, license, or error information to investigate the issue.

7. General Conduct

You agree to follow all applicable:

  • Laws and regulations;
  • Product rules;
  • License restrictions;
  • Store policies;
  • Support and community rules;
  • Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines;
  • SellAuth rules;
  • KeyAuth rules; and
  • Third-party platform requirements.

You may not use our products, services, storefront, support channels, staff, or community for:

  • Fraud;
  • Scams;
  • Harassment;
  • Threats;
  • Abuse;
  • Malicious activity;
  • Unauthorized access;
  • Intellectual-property infringement;
  • Harmful conduct;
  • Deception;
  • Payment manipulation; or
  • Any unlawful purpose.

You may not interfere with Valeron’s business operations, staff, customers, products, licensing systems, payment systems, infrastructure, or service providers.

8. Cracking, Reverse Engineering, and Circumvention

You may not perform, attempt, assist, encourage, request, or facilitate:

  • Cracking;
  • Decompiling;
  • Disassembling;
  • Reverse engineering;
  • Unauthorized modification;
  • Source-code extraction;
  • Creation of unauthorized derivative works;
  • Removal or disabling of product protections;
  • License-system emulation;
  • Authentication bypass;
  • Device-lock bypass;
  • HWID restriction bypass;
  • Security-check bypass;
  • Interception or manipulation of licensing communications;
  • Unauthorized vulnerability testing;
  • Exploitation of bugs or unintended behavior;
  • Extraction or copying of protected product files; or
  • Any other attempt to defeat a product’s licensing, authentication, access-control, or security system.

You may not share or distribute instructions, tools, files, technical details, or assistance intended to facilitate prohibited cracking or circumvention.

Actual or attempted cracking, reverse engineering, tampering, or circumvention is a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate permanent enforcement without warning.

Nothing in this section prohibits activity that applicable law expressly allows and does not permit the parties to restrict by contract.

9. License-Key and Account Sharing

License keys and product access are issued only to the authorized purchaser or user permitted by the applicable product description.

You may not:

  • Share, lend, leak, publish, post, sell, trade, give away, or transfer a license key;
  • Permit another person to use your key or licensed account;
  • Share protected product files;
  • Resell or sublicense a product;
  • Use a license on more devices or accounts than permitted;
  • Allow another person to use your account to avoid purchasing a license;
  • Obtain access through a leaked, stolen, shared, or fraudulently acquired key;
  • Temporarily share a license with another person; or
  • Assist another person in avoiding a license purchase.

You remain responsible for activity occurring through your license, device, or account unless you promptly notify Valeron that it was compromised.

Actual or attempted key sharing is a material violation and may result in immediate suspension, revocation, termination, blacklisting, or a permanent ban without a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Ban Evasion and Related Accounts

You may not evade or attempt to evade a suspension, revoked license, purchase restriction, support restriction, or permanent ban.

Prohibited evasion methods include using:

  • Alternate SellAuth accounts;
  • Alternate Discord accounts;
  • Different email addresses;
  • Different devices or hardware identifiers;
  • Different license keys;
  • Different payment methods;
  • Cryptocurrency wallets;
  • Another purchaser;
  • A friend’s or family member’s account; or
  • Any other identity or method intended to bypass enforcement.

Valeron may restrict accounts, licenses, devices, transactions, or access reasonably linked through available records to a banned user, fraudulent purchase, shared license, or enforcement-evasion attempt.

11. Payments

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted during checkout.

You may not:

  • Use stolen or unauthorized payment information;
  • Manipulate checkout, discounts, prices, invoices, or transactions;
  • Intentionally underpay;
  • Submit a payment different from the required amount;
  • Obtain delivery without completing valid payment;
  • Provide false information to a payment processor;
  • Submit a knowingly false or materially misleading payment dispute; or
  • Attempt to retain a delivered product while improperly reversing its payment.

Suspected payment fraud may result in order cancellation, temporary suspension, license revocation, permanent termination, preservation of relevant evidence, and reporting to the applicable payment or service provider.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from reporting a genuinely unauthorized transaction or exercising a legitimate billing-dispute right.

A dispute is not considered fraudulent merely because Valeron disagrees with it or because a processor decides the dispute against Valeron.

12. Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency transactions may be processed through SellAuth, a third-party cryptocurrency provider, or a blockchain network.

You are responsible for:

  • Sending the correct cryptocurrency;
  • Sending the correct amount;
  • Using the correct network;
  • Sending payment to the displayed address;
  • Paying applicable network or processing fees; and
  • Verifying transaction details before submission.

Valeron is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or network, insufficient payments, customer wallet errors, cryptocurrency price changes, network congestion, or blockchain fees.

Cryptocurrency transactions generally cannot be reversed after confirmation.

This section does not remove any remedy required by applicable law for verified non-delivery, duplicate payment, or an error directly caused by Valeron.

13. Refunds

All purchases are governed by the Valeron Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Valeron, all sales are final once the purchased product or license has been delivered or made available.

A customer is not entitled to a refund merely because:

  • The customer changed their mind;
  • The customer selected the wrong product or duration;
  • The customer failed to read the description;
  • The customer did not follow the setup guide;
  • The customer cannot configure their own device;
  • The customer did not use the product;
  • The license expired;
  • The customer lost access due to misconduct;
  • A third-party platform took action against the customer;
  • A key was shared;
  • A cracking or circumvention attempt occurred; or
  • Valeron enforced these Terms.

The complete rules and limited exceptions are contained in the Refund Policy.

14. Support

Valeron may provide setup guides, documentation, troubleshooting information, or other support resources.

Support does not guarantee:

  • Compatibility with every device;
  • Compatibility with unsupported configurations;
  • A particular result;
  • Continuous third-party availability;
  • Restoration of a revoked license;
  • Extension of license time; or
  • Resolution of a problem caused by customer conduct.

Support, delivery, refund, and privacy requests must be submitted through an official support channel linked or identified on the Valeron storefront, checkout page, product page, purchase page, receipt, or official community.

Valeron’s primary support method may be provided through its official Discord community.

Customers are responsible for using official links and avoiding impersonators, unofficial servers, fake staff accounts, or fraudulent support contacts.

Valeron may restrict or deny support to a person who:

  • Harasses, threatens, or abuses staff;
  • Repeatedly spams support channels;
  • Provides false or misleading information;
  • Refuses reasonable troubleshooting steps;
  • Attempts to manipulate staff;
  • Requests assistance with prohibited conduct;
  • Conceals relevant information; or
  • Uses support channels to interfere with operations.

15. Enforcement and Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valeron may investigate suspected violations and take action that it reasonably considers appropriate to protect its products, systems, staff, providers, customers, intellectual property, or legal rights.

Valeron may refuse an order, cancel an order, deny future purchases, suspend support, restrict a device, revoke a license, terminate access, or permanently ban a person:

  • For violating these Terms or another applicable policy;
  • For cracking or attempted cracking;
  • For key sharing or unauthorized distribution;
  • For ban evasion;
  • For fraud or suspected fraud;
  • For payment abuse;
  • For unauthorized access;
  • For abuse or harassment;
  • For malicious activity;
  • For creating security, payment, operational, legal, or reputational risk;
  • To comply with a legal obligation or provider requirement;
  • To protect Valeron or another person; or
  • For another lawful reason determined by Valeron in good faith.

Serious violations may result in immediate enforcement without warning or an opportunity to correct the violation.

Valeron is not required to disclose confidential security measures, internal detection methods, information that could enable circumvention, or information that Valeron is legally prohibited from disclosing.

Termination does not eliminate responsibilities, payment obligations, or liabilities that arose before termination.

Termination caused by customer misconduct does not create a refund right, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Intellectual Property

Valeron’s products, software, object code, source code, documentation, designs, names, graphics, websites, license systems, security methods, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Valeron and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No ownership right is transferred to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from protected materials unless Valeron gives you express written permission.

17. Lawful and Authorized Use

Valeron products are provided only for lawful and authorized use.

You may not use a Valeron product to:

  • Violate applicable law;
  • Access an account, device, network, system, or data without authorization;
  • Infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • Facilitate fraud, harassment, abuse, or malicious activity;
  • Circumvent another party’s security system without authorization; or
  • Violate third-party rules in a manner that creates liability or risk for Valeron.

You are solely responsible for how you install, configure, access, and use a product.

Valeron does not authorize unlawful, malicious, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing use.

18. Product and Service Changes

Valeron may update, patch, replace, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or modify products and services.

Valeron does not guarantee permanent compatibility with every:

  • Operating-system update;
  • Game update;
  • Platform update;
  • Device;
  • Account;
  • Security configuration;
  • Third-party service; or
  • Future software version.

Valeron may change technical requirements, authentication methods, license systems, security protections, support procedures, or product features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, provider compliance, or continued operation.

19. Third-Party Interruptions

Product access may depend on SellAuth, Stripe, KeyAuth, Discord, internet service providers, cryptocurrency networks, hosting services, or other third-party systems.

Valeron does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of independent third-party services.

A temporary third-party outage does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund, license extension, or replacement.

Valeron may provide a reasonable remedy when appropriate, but nothing in this section eliminates a remedy required by applicable law.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS.

VALERON DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

VALERON DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT A PRODUCT WILL:

  • MEET EVERY CUSTOMER’S EXPECTATIONS;
  • OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION;
  • REMAIN COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY THIRD-PARTY SYSTEM;
  • OPERATE ON AN UNSUPPORTED CONFIGURATION; OR
  • PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT.

THIS SECTION DOES NOT EXCLUDE A WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

21. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VALERON AND ITS OPERATORS, STAFF, DEVELOPERS, CONTRACTORS, PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

  • LOST PROFITS;
  • LOST DATA;
  • LOST ACCESS;
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION;
  • CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ACTIONS;
  • THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM ACTIONS;
  • DEVICE OR SYSTEM CONFIGURATION;
  • CUSTOMER MISUSE;
  • THIRD-PARTY OUTAGES; OR
  • THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALERON’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO A PRODUCT OR TRANSACTION WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID DIRECTLY TO VALERON FOR THE PRODUCT OR TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

22. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Valeron and its operators, staff, developers, contractors, partners, and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful or unauthorized use;
  • Your material violation of these Terms;
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights;
  • Your fraud or intentional misconduct; or
  • Information or content you submit through Valeron’s services.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Valeron for conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by law.

23. Changes to These Terms

Valeron may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, practices, security requirements, providers, or legal obligations.

The updated version will display a revised “Last Updated” date.

The version presented and accepted during checkout generally governs that purchase.

Updated terms may apply prospectively to:

  • Continued product access;
  • Security requirements;
  • Support services;
  • Community participation;
  • Future purchases; and
  • Conduct occurring after the updated terms become effective.

Valeron will not use a later policy change to retroactively remove a right that had already accrued where doing so would be unlawful.

If you do not agree to an updated version, you must stop using the affected products and services.

24. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Valeron’s failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive its right to enforce the provision later.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, applicable product descriptions, and any product-specific rules form the entire agreement concerning your purchase and use of Valeron products.

If a product-specific written rule conflicts with these general Terms, the product-specific rule controls only for that product and only to the extent of the conflict.

26. Governing Rules and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and any mandatory laws that apply to the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Before beginning a formal dispute, you agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the issue through an official Valeron support channel, unless applicable law allows or requires otherwise.
