Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Last Updated: July 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all products, licenses, and services purchased from Valeron.

This Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Valeron Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of This Policy

By completing checkout, selecting an acknowledgment checkbox, submitting payment, purchasing a product, receiving or activating a license, downloading a product, or otherwise accessing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • This Refund Policy was made available to you;
  • You had an opportunity to review it before purchasing;
  • You agree to this Refund Policy; and
  • You reviewed the applicable product description and license duration.

Agreement to the Valeron Terms of Service also constitutes agreement to this Refund Policy because it is incorporated into those Terms.

2. General Final-Sale Rule

Except where a refund or another remedy is required by applicable law or expressly approved by Valeron, all purchases are final once the applicable product, license, download, account access, or service access has been delivered or made available.

Valeron sells digital products and non-recurring software licenses that are generally delivered electronically.

Because digital products can be accessed, copied, activated, or used shortly after delivery, Valeron does not provide a general return period or change-of-mind refund period.

3. When Delivery Occurs

A purchase may be delivered through:

  • SellAuth;
  • A checkout or order page;
  • Email;
  • A customer portal;
  • A download page;
  • A license key;
  • KeyAuth;
  • Discord;
  • An activation system; or
  • Another method stated in the product description.

A product is considered delivered when the applicable product, file, key, download, instructions, account access, or activation capability has been sent or made available using the information provided by the customer.

The customer does not need to download, activate, or use the product for delivery to occur if access was properly made available.

4. Product Information and Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing:

  • The complete product description;
  • The selected product and version;
  • The selected license duration;
  • Supported and unsupported devices or systems;
  • Technical and compatibility requirements;
  • License restrictions;
  • Setup guides and available documentation;
  • Pricing and currency;
  • The Terms of Service;
  • This Refund Policy; and
  • The Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for selecting the correct product, license duration, version, account, device, payment method, and cryptocurrency network.

Failure to read or understand product information does not create a refund right.

5. No Refunds for Customer Error or Preference

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, refunds will not be issued because of:

  • An accidental purchase;
  • A change of mind;
  • Buyer’s remorse;
  • Failure to read the product description;
  • Failure to review compatibility requirements;
  • Failure to review the license duration;
  • Selection of the wrong product;
  • Selection of the wrong version;
  • Selection of the wrong license duration;
  • Incorrect customer, email, Discord, device, or account information;
  • Incompatibility that was disclosed before purchase;
  • An unsupported device or system;
  • Customer-side device, network, account, or security configuration;
  • Failure or refusal to follow setup instructions;
  • Lack of technical knowledge;
  • Lack of product use;
  • The customer no longer needing or wanting the product;
  • Personal expectations not stated in the product description;
  • Loss of access to a customer-controlled email, Discord account, device, wallet, or other account; or
  • The customer’s inability to use the product for reasons outside Valeron’s control.

Providing setup guides, documentation, or support resources does not guarantee compatibility with every possible device or configuration.

6. License Duration and Expiration

Fixed-duration licenses begin when delivered, generated, activated, or otherwise made available, as specified in the product listing or Terms of Service.

Refunds, extensions, replacements, or pauses will not ordinarily be provided because:

  • The customer did not immediately activate the license;
  • The customer did not use the license;
  • The customer was inactive;
  • The customer experienced a customer-side setup problem;
  • The customer lost access to their own account or device;
  • The customer forgot about the license;
  • The customer selected the wrong license duration; or
  • The license expired.

License time continues to run during customer inactivity and customer-caused technical problems.

A license period will not be paused or extended unless Valeron expressly approves an extension or applicable law requires one.

7. Lifetime Licenses

A lifetime license applies for the supported commercial lifetime of the applicable product, product version, or service.

It does not mean the lifetime of the customer and does not guarantee permanent or indefinite operation.

A product may eventually be modified, replaced, or discontinued when continued operation becomes impossible, unlawful, unsafe, commercially impractical, or dependent on a discontinued third-party service.

Discontinuation does not automatically create a refund right, particularly where the customer previously received meaningful access or use.

Nothing in this section removes a remedy that applicable law requires.

8. Cracking, Key Sharing, and Policy Violations

Refunds will not be issued solely because access was suspended, restricted, or terminated due to:

  • Cracking or attempted cracking;
  • Reverse engineering;
  • Decompiling or disassembling;
  • Security or license circumvention;
  • HWID or device-lock bypass;
  • Product tampering;
  • Unauthorized modification;
  • Vulnerability exploitation;
  • License-key sharing;
  • Lending a key;
  • Leaking or publishing a key;
  • Reselling or transferring access;
  • Unauthorized distribution;
  • Ban evasion;
  • Fraud;
  • Payment manipulation;
  • Abuse or harassment;
  • Malicious activity;
  • Unauthorized access; or
  • Another material violation of the Terms of Service.

This applies even when the customer had unused or remaining license time.

This section does not eliminate a refund or remedy that applicable law does not allow Valeron to exclude.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Customer Accounts

Refunds will not ordinarily be issued because:

  • A game or third-party platform was updated;
  • A third-party account was restricted, suspended, or banned;
  • Discord restricted or terminated an account;
  • SellAuth, Stripe, KeyAuth, or another provider temporarily experienced an outage;
  • A customer lost access to a customer-controlled account;
  • A third-party provider changed its rules;
  • A customer’s internet provider failed;
  • A supported service became temporarily unavailable; or
  • The customer violated the rules of another platform.

Valeron may provide troubleshooting, restoration, replacement, or another reasonable resolution when appropriate.

A temporary interruption does not automatically create a refund right.

10. Delivery and Initial-Access Problems

You must promptly contact official Valeron support if:

  • You were charged but did not receive the product;
  • The delivered key does not initially activate;
  • You received a different product from the one ordered;
  • The delivery system used incorrect information despite you submitting correct information; or
  • A verified problem directly caused by Valeron prevents initial access.

A request should include reasonable information such as:

  • The order number or transaction identifier;
  • The email or account associated with the purchase;
  • The product purchased;
  • The license key, where appropriate;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Relevant screenshots or error messages; and
  • Steps already taken to follow the setup guide.

Valeron may first attempt:

  • Redelivery;
  • Replacement;
  • Correction;
  • Troubleshooting;
  • License repair;
  • License reset; or
  • Restoration of access.

A refund is not required when Valeron can provide the purchased product or an appropriate correction within a reasonable period, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If Valeron cannot deliver the purchased product or provide a legally permitted remedy, Valeron will issue any refund required by applicable law.

11. Customer-Provided Information

Customers are responsible for entering correct:

  • Email addresses;
  • Discord information;
  • Account identifiers;
  • Device information;
  • Payment information;
  • Wallet information; and
  • Other checkout or delivery details.

Valeron is not responsible for a delivery problem caused by incorrect customer-provided information.

Valeron may attempt to assist, but correction, transfer, replacement, or reissuance is not guaranteed.

12. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

A verified duplicate charge or amount collected because of a payment-processing error will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.

This does not cover two separate purchases intentionally completed by the customer, even when the customer later claims only one purchase was intended.

13. Order Refusal and Cancellation

Valeron may refuse or cancel an order before delivery when:

  • Payment cannot be verified;
  • The transaction appears fraudulent or suspicious;
  • The order violates an applicable policy;
  • Required information is missing;
  • The product is unavailable;
  • A pricing or listing error occurred;
  • The customer is banned or restricted;
  • The transaction is linked to ban evasion;
  • Fulfilling the order could create legal, technical, payment, or security risk; or
  • A third-party provider requires cancellation.

If Valeron cancels an order before delivery after receiving payment, Valeron will void, reverse, credit, or refund the amount where required by applicable law.

Valeron will not intentionally retain payment for a product that Valeron voluntarily refuses to deliver unless there is another lawful and valid basis for retaining the payment.

14. Fraudulent Payments and Chargebacks

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • Using an unauthorized payment method;
  • Using stolen payment information;
  • Manipulating a transaction;
  • Intentionally underpaying;
  • Submitting false information to a payment processor;
  • Filing a knowingly false or materially misleading payment dispute; or
  • Attempting to retain a delivered product while improperly reversing payment.

A suspected fraudulent or abusive dispute may result in:

  • Temporary suspension while the dispute is reviewed;
  • License revocation;
  • Account termination;
  • Refusal of future purchases;
  • Preservation of transaction, delivery, activation, device, and support records;
  • Submission of relevant evidence to the payment processor; and
  • Reporting to an applicable service provider.

Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from reporting a genuinely unauthorized transaction or exercising a legitimate billing-dispute right.

A dispute is not considered fraudulent merely because Valeron disagrees with it or because a payment processor decides it against Valeron.

15. Cryptocurrency Payments

Customers paying with cryptocurrency are responsible for:

  • Sending the correct asset;
  • Sending the correct amount;
  • Using the correct network;
  • Sending funds to the displayed address;
  • Paying required network or processor fees; and
  • Verifying all transaction information before submission.

Refunds will not ordinarily be issued for:

  • Customer wallet errors;
  • Payments sent to the wrong address;
  • Payments sent through the wrong network;
  • Insufficient payments;
  • Cryptocurrency price changes;
  • Blockchain confirmation delays;
  • Network congestion;
  • Gas or network fees; or
  • Fees charged by a third-party provider.

Where Valeron expressly approves a cryptocurrency refund, the refund may be based on the amount or value actually received by Valeron rather than later market-price changes, subject to applicable law and provider limitations.

16. Refund Requests

Support, delivery, and refund requests must be submitted through an official support channel linked or identified on the Valeron storefront, checkout page, purchase page, receipt, or official community.

Valeron’s primary support channel may be provided through its official Discord community.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Valeron may deny a request that is:

  • Incomplete;
  • Fraudulent;
  • Misleading;
  • Based on a non-qualifying circumstance;
  • Submitted through an unofficial channel;
  • Unsupported by reasonably requested information; or
  • Connected to a material policy violation.

17. Approved Refunds

An approved card or electronic-payment refund will generally be returned to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed upon.

Banks, card networks, blockchains, and payment processors may control processing and posting times.

Valeron is not responsible for a delay caused solely by the customer’s bank, payment processor, blockchain, or wallet provider after Valeron has properly issued an approved refund.

18. Mandatory Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy restricts a refund, cancellation, warranty, delivery, billing-dispute, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Where this policy conflicts with mandatory applicable law, the mandatory law controls.

The existence of a mandatory legal exception does not create a broader voluntary refund right for unrelated circumstances.

19. Changes to This Policy

Valeron may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in products, providers, procedures, security requirements, or legal obligations.

The updated policy will display a revised “Last Updated” date.

The version presented and accepted during checkout generally governs that transaction.

Later changes may apply prospectively to future purchases and conduct occurring after the updated policy becomes effective.
